These terms govern your use of Ovaylo. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that happens under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use Ovaylo.
Content you add to a trip — itinerary items, notes, photos, documents, chat messages, and expenses — is visible to the other members of that trip. You're responsible for the content you share and for having the right to share it, including photos and documents involving other people. Don't upload anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Ovaylo's AI concierge, itinerary planner, and packing advisor generate suggestions based on the information you provide. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete — always confirm important details (bookings, travel requirements, safety information) independently before relying on them.
Some features may be offered as a paid upgrade. Purchases made on the web are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms. When using Ovaylo through the iOS or Android app, purchases are not available in-app; visit ovaylo.com on the web to upgrade. Shared expense tracking and settlements within a trip are for organizing costs between trip members — Ovaylo does not move money between members.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Ovaylo is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not responsible for travel decisions, bookings, or costs incurred based on information in the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ovaylo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
